Ellison Miles dedicated his life to fervently pursuing his ideals. He left a permanent mark on his community and country – from serving in the army and pioneering discoveries in oil and gas, to funding the education of America’s next generation. It is the Foundation’s desire to honor the life and legacy of Mr. Miles by making strategic investments in cutting edge organizations and programs that produce lasting change within our communities.

Providing more than $20 million in grants since 1999, The Miles Foundation strives to award grants in education that support strong beginnings for a brighter future for Fort Worth.
